It’s flu season and it’s no fun to be sick. I was actually sick due to something else unexpected (link below). Being sick for a while can drain you and play mind games with your overall well-being. I started falling into a nervous breakdown during my third week of being unwell. When I felt better I began to appreciate all the simple daily tasks again.
